Guadalupe Campuzano holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Actuarial Science from UNAM, a Master’s in Economics from El Colegio de México, and certificates in Accounting, Corporate Finance, and Environmental Law from ITAM. She has 14 years of experience at PEMEX, where she worked in strategic planning and optimization at PR, operational assessment at DCO, and business development at PEP. She developed economic models for logistics, transportation, strategic storage, integrity, and comprehensive E&P contracts, and also proposed fiscal regimes for PEMEX and participated in interagency working groups. In the private sector, she was Partner at Wise Business Development, advising companies on project evaluation and execution, bidding processes, and corporate team training. She was also Associate Consultant at Grupo de Asesores Legales y Técnicos de la Construcción, and independent advisor. She was Vice President of the Energy Committee at the International Chamber of Commerce, Mexico Chapter, and is currently Secretary of the Board of Directors at Voz Experta, where she has also served as Board Member and Treasurer.
